As a certified welder (1-4G), qualified AAR and FRA inspector, and qualified SCABT trainer, he brings comprehensive troubleshooting skills and a proven track record in quality control, repairs, and maintenance. His training and development experience include serving as a company trainer for AAR and FRA running repairs, equipping employees with task-specific skills, regulations, and safety protocols. Shane's positive communication and strategic planning ensure efficient workforce operations, making him a trusted leader in delivering high-quality railroad solutions.

Patty is an experienced professional in the railroad industry, specializing in business process optimization and stakeholder engagement to drive operational efficiency. As a skilled problem solver, she aligns stakeholder interests, identifies process improvements, and resolves operational challenges. Patty's technical expertise includes automating billing processes, designing and testing billing software, and leading system migrations and business intelligence using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI and other data analysis tools. She has developed reports to enhance billing and inventory accuracy. She led a large team responsible for billing and AAR exceptions, while training staff on new systems and mentoring in data validation.
